They say exams can either make you or break.....and they're right. It is said that the FINAL EXAM can and would determine where your life would lead. If you'll be a successful business man or woman(because women rock) or the vagrant in the street that begs shameless for a ten cents as he smiles with half rotten or missing teeth in a slurred voice. All in all.....Studying is important. As mama always say 'what you sow you shall reap.' But what happens when you care way too much for you 'so called' sowed plant? Boy oh boy, I'm guessing that's supposed to be a good thing. But is that much too much for a young mind? In our social society where young people today thrive on looking good, having sex and all the what not's, very few can call themselves studyholics. We get so caught up in the materialistic pleasures the television, which broadly and openly reveal to us what we could call the perfect life of money and popularity.
We study, but maybe for fifteen minutes, half an hour if so much but yet we would spend hours upon hours doing everything and anything BUT study. And to the ones who take the time to study a little more, are automatically subjected to the stereotypes called them NERDS who have nothing better to do with their lives and are ostracize them from your social network. We criticize them harshly and the minute they fall, or maybe stoop to your level I presume, it's a problem. To nerds everywhere I give you a thumb up but don't overdo it.
The paranoia of failure can be very detrimental to someone's health and can be seen a s psychological problem if not control or 'fixed' before the screw looses or you hear that gas air screech in your ear and begin to hear voices in your head telling you to go jump of the estate building.
STOP RIGHT THERE! It's every parents dream to see their "seed" be successful, but would you put your entire psychological mental mind make-up on the line for a stupid exam. Sure it would determine where you may sleep the next ten years, wither it's in a condo, under a street light, in a big fancy house, by your mother. But killing yourself by instituting complete and overall success is just crazy man! Some people are naturally gifted while others have to work for it. Very few have that natural ability, so work what you got girl! Well....or boy/man...whatever other sex you are!
Studying for the tops three hours, even so much, two is ENOUGH. Go for no more or no less. Build on subject you personally know you aren't very strong in. Ask other for help, even your teacher. Beside teachers are paid to help you. And don't blame the teacher because you haven't reached a certain level in school. You personally need to put yourself ahead and build on that. Make personal notes. Avoid the temptations of excessive facebooking. Boyfriends and girlfriends.......well that another topic to dwell on. Don't do drugs...Stay in school......eat your vegetables.....Be Awesome!
